Commercial, Event, Conference photography fees
I do not charge VAT on these fees.
Standard, applicable for most jobs, from
- First hour £225, additional hours (or part of) £85/hour
- Half day £400
- One day £700
This includes an exclusive general use license for the images, this allows you to use them for anything except advertising or third party use.
Additional fees will apply for advertising campaign use and giving images to third parties for their use, always happy to discuss these or other specific needs.

Portrait & Headshot pricing
I do not charge VAT on these fees.
I will come to your office, or a selected location and shoot with paper background and studio lights and/or select various office/outdoor backgrounds for lifestyle portraits with portable lighting.
Below is a guide to the fees, we can discus your requirements and create exactly what you need. I can give you a quote for anything outside of the below packages or combined with commercial office shoot fees if you need a wider scope beyond portraits.
Package 1 £225 Key person portraits & headshots
- An hour of photography at your office where I will shoot two different looks with a change of clothes. Create eight images for you to choose from included in the package. Additional images licensed at £25 per image.
Package 2 £300 Key person extended or group portraits
- 2 hours of photography at your office or on location, 3 different looks with change of clothes and create 12 images for you to choose from. This package can also be used to photograph group staff shots.
Individual Headshots
Individual head shot with plain paper background.
- Minimum fee £225 for up to nine individuals.
- £25 per additional person.
- All shot in office with plain paper background or suitable plain wall.
- White or Grey background included
- Special colour background can be purchased at cost
- single image choice per person
- Additional image license for an individual @ £20
Product photography price guide
I do not charge VAT on these fees.
Single product fees
Fees start at £15 per image for basic white background image
including cut out and delivery on transparent background.
Discounts available for large volume of product images and grouped product shots.

Lifestyle/styled products/food photography
These are images that require styling with props or on location with
props including background elements.
Fee structure for this work is a combination of standard, fees plus prop, styling, creative fees per image.
These images take a lot more time, consideration, logistics, sourcing background props & lighting. This will be reflected in the fee per image.

Included in the price
- Photography
- Files supplied via digital download, colour, exposure and perspective corrected in sRGB colourspace. It usually takes around 3-4 hours to process a full days shoot, which is included in the price.
- An excellent selection of images, these can be cropped and shot at any specific ratio for you, just let me know.
- Exclusive general use license for all images assigned to the company, this excludes advertising or third party use.
- 5M Public liability insurance and basic DBS checked
- Fast turnaround of images
- Travel to these city areas, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool & 50 mile radius from Oswestry in Shropshire.
Additional costs
- Advertising license fee based on use, campaign size, duration. Happy to quote for specific uses.
- Parking and road tolls at cost.
- All images are supplied colour, exposure and perspective corrected. Additional retouching starts at £10/file, cutouts to transparent background and supplied as PSD layers £10/file.
- Travelling costs depends on the job location. No charge in London,West Midlands,Birmingham,Liverpool,Manchester. For jobs outside of these area, please contact me for a quote as additional travel cost may be applicable. Mileage is charged at 45p/mile.
- Specialist equipment hire at cost + 10% for administration/logistics time.
- Special background paper roll at cost.
- international travel charged at half day rate each way.
- Airfare, Taxi, Train at cost.
- Accommodation and hotels at cost.
- Sustenance at cost.
