PIONEERING PARTNERSHIP ON ANGLESEY BRINGS JOBS AND OPPORTUNITY TO ISLAND?S YOUTH..A visually stunning new 200-seater restaurant, which trains young Cadet Chefs from one of the most disadvantaged areas of Wales was unveiled today. The Oyster Catcher in Rhosneigr, Anglesey, is the brainchild of retail magnate, John Timpson CBE, Chairman of the 900-store strong retail group, Timpson. ..Nine young people will start work at the Oyster Catcher next week after being put through an intensive catering & hospitality course supported by the Timpson business in association with Coleg Menai in Bangor. The rolling training and mentoring programme will see another cohort of young Cadet Chefs take up positions at the restaurant next year. The scheme is designed to boost jobs and opportunities in an area ravaged by high youth unemployment
