Conferences and events can range from a small board meeting or an awards dinner through to an international multi stake holder conference over several days. I have photographed them all, delivering perfect images every time.
I really enjoy working closely with organisers firstly to ensure I understand the event, it's ethos and then know every key aspect that they need capturing, specific elements such as award presentations, working group sessions, plenary sessions, speaker portraits, Collaboration sessions, sponsor representations and social events. Everything can be worked out so I have a detailed timed brief and am able to capture even the smallest detail. Don't worry I'm also flexible so if things suddenly change I'll be on it or if I see something unique developing I'll be there to capture it.
Years working as a press national press photographer of many conferences and events means I am also a pro active photographer. I have the experience to assess where and when key elements suddenly arise enabling me to unobtrusively and sometimes unexpectedly to be in the right place at the right time.
Key images can be delivered quickly for social and media use and larger wide edits supplies within a couple of days.
