Richard offers a range of services to meet the needs of his clients. Whether you need interior or exterior photographs, Richard has the expertise to capture stunning images that showcase your property in the best possible light. Services are provided for Architects, interior designers, property developers, Hotels and holiday rental properties. Offering a full library of images for marketing and social media use to promote your business. An addition of drone photography can also be included giving different perspectives than ground based photography.

Richard is based in Oswestry Shropshire and London so can work across the Midlands and greater London area with ease as well as across the Uk and Internationally. Main Cities in the Midlands that Richard works as and Architectural and Interior Photographer include Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. As a Midlands based Architectural and Interiors photographer this can offer services for projects by architects with bases in other parts of the country where the schemes are in the Midlands, a cost effect way to have a more local specialist experienced architectural photographer to photograph for you or your client.

Included in the fees

Richards charges half day and day rate plus any travel or accommodation expences for Architectural & interior photography, this will include an edit of images which will be fully processed. The amount of images delivered will vary from site to site but are not limited to a certain amount, you benefit from the ability to use all of the images at no additional fee for all uses except advertising which are charged based on ad spend and use. There can also be a third part share of shoot fee at an addition of 30%, the total fee can then be split between the two parties. Individual image license would apply for use by non commissioning parties after the shoot.
